Happy Canada Day!!
I’m pretty sure it’s against some kind of national law not to have a Caesar on Canada Day. Go with the tried and true Classic Caesar or give this variation using dill pickles and pickle juice a try. Cheers, eh!

Ingredients:
- 1 oz vodka
- 2 dashes hot sauce (I prefer Frank’s)
- 3 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz Mott’s clamato
- 1/2 oz dill pickle juice
- Mott’s Clamato rimmer (or celery salt if you’re really desperate)
- dill pickle spear
Directions:
- Rim a glass with lime juice and Mott’s Clamato Rimmer
- Fill glass with ice
- Add all the ingredients and mix
- Garnish with dill pickle spear and a sprinkle of the Rimmer on top
- Enjoy!
