With sangria I find sometimes I eat the fruit, sometimes I can’t be bothered. With this particular sangria you are not going to want to leave a single chunk of watermelon behind!! The girls and I tried a spin on a previous Watermelon Lime Sangria by using some Prosecco. Typically I would top each glass with Prosecco at the time of serving, but this time we added it to the pitcher first. The result: amazing effervescent, crunchy, tasty bits of watermelon goodness!
