Eek! I better get this recipe out before Sangria Sunday is over! This Summer of Sangria/Sangria Sundays thing is quickly becoming my favourite tradition. And I have to say I’m pretty happy with my photography work this week :)
1 bottle of Prosecco
1 cup of sparkling grape juice
1/4 cup orange liqueur
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
8 mint leaves
Place mint leaves in a pitcher and press leaves slightly to release flavour
Add sliced strawberries, sparkling grape juice, and orange liqueur
Place in the fridge for one hour
Serve by filling a white wine glass halfway with ice then fill half way with sangria mixture being sure to get mint leaves and strawberries in each glass and top with prosecco. Stir gently.
