Is it Caesar O’Clock yet? Having been invented in Canada it’s no wonder that the Caesar is our country’s #1 cocktail. My rule of thumb for the classic Caesar recipe is 1,2,3,4: 1 oz vodka, 2 dashes hot sauce, 3 dashes worcestershire sauce, and 4 oz Mott’s Clamato juice. For the jumbo Mason jar version below triple each ingredient. Also, in my opinion, celery salt DOES NOT substitute for Mott’s Clamato Rimmer! Just sayin’.

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 2 dashes hot sauce (I prefer Frank’s)
  • 3 dashes worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz Mott’s clamato
  • Mott’s Clamato rimmer (or celery salt if you’re really desperate)
  • celery stick


  1. Rim a glass with lime juice and Mott’s Clamato Rimmer
  2. Fill glass with ice
  3. Add all the ingredients and mix
  4. Garnish with celery stick and a sprinkle of the Rimmer on top
  5. Enjoy!
